Optimal Behavioral, LLC consists of management staff that have a wealth of experience and knowledge in the behavioral health and substance abuse field.

 

The Director/CEO is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Licensed Clinical Addiction Specialist that has been working in the field since 1998 for both state and private agencies.

The CFO is a board-certified accountant that has over 20 years of accounting experience.

​

The Clinical Director is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and a Licensed Clinical Addiction Specialist and Clinical Supervisor. He has over 30 years of mental health and substance abuse experience and has worked in various roles as a supervisor and team lead.

 

The Quality Management Director has been working in quality management and compliance roles since 2012. They have been involved in multiple committees and program development and service developments.

Billing Coordinator/Credentialing has been working in healthcare since 2003. She has a wealth of experience in credentialing for staff and insurance.
